The College Held the Thematic Planning Seminar of “The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” on Undergraduate Talent Cultivation and Specialty Construction

On the afternoon of June 4, 2020, the 2020 thematic planning seminar of “The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” on undergraduate talent cultivation and specialty construction was held in the conference room of the College. Vice dean Wang Laijun, department’s teachers in charge of professional planning and academic affairs teacher attended the meeting, which was presided over by Wang Laijun.

Vice dean Wang Laijun emphasized the university’s requirements for “The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” on undergraduate talent cultivation and specialty construction. he hoped that each department could continue to clarify major problems and deficiencies on the basis of previous work, as well as raise multi-dimensional development goals and important action, surrounding professional construction, course construction, textbook construction, practice innovation, etc. Wang showed the materials prepared by each department and put forward targeted modification suggestions. He hoped that various majors in college could establish contacts, strengthen communication and learn from each other's successful experience in professional development. Teachers also expounded and exchanged the current development status and future development ideas of the major.
